Skills post 3

 Summer Camp is really important. Think about GLPS. When we go to good camp, our English skills will be better. So, we have to be careful when we choose our camp. Today, I'll compare and contrast Camp Big Apple, and Ranch West camp.

First, is about their educations and teachers. Big Apple's teachers are high-educated, they are Korean professors with at least a Masters degree, and some have their Doctorate. In one hand, it is really good point. But in the other hand, we don't know they studied and major English or not, and they are Koreans. But, Ranch West's teachers are recent graduates from the local University of Canada, so they will be better. Of course, they are almost same age as us, so they will know our problem, and can help to solve it.

Second, is about opportunities to use English with local people. In Camp Big Apple, they can use Korean in the dorm. Compared to the Big Apple, Ranch West is much better, because students will in home-stay situation, and it means we can talk with local people so often.

Third, I'll talk about their subject. We can choose our subjects in Ranch West. Contrasted with that we can't choose our subject in Big Apple. But in the Ranch West, we can choose in Math, Art, Politics... and many other subjects. So, we will be more interested in studying if we are going to the Ranch West.

Last, is about activities. In Camp Big Apple, activities will include tours of the city, trips to local museums, and tickets to Broadway shows. In one hand, it will be good for learn. But in the other hand, we need time torest and play, too. So, we need physical activities to be healthy. Also, city can be dangerous. So, Ranch West is better than Big Apple. 

To summarize, RW is more safe, better for our health, more fun and interesting, easy to use English, solve the problem, and teachers can be better.

So, I think Ranch West Camp is better than Camp Big Apple. Thank you for reading my essay.
